RFP: VCLA seeks qualified local financial institutions (Ventura County, CA) that can provide short-term asset management services.

The Ventura County Lodging Association (VCLA) seeks qualified local financial institutions that can provide short-term asset management services. The VCLA partnered with California Lutheran University School of Management to design, develop, and manage this Request for Proposal (RFP). The objective of this RFP is to enter into an agreement with successful Bidder(s) and select a suitable financial institution(s) to carry out the VCLA needs and requirements that are set forth in the RFP document.

Within the RFP you will find all the information necessary to perform a proper assessment of the VCLA requirements. Prospective Bidder(s) are invited to submit a proposal by describing how they can meet the requirements set out in this RFP and by providing additional information requested through the Electronic Submission portal by July 9, 2019, at 06:00 PM Pacific Standard time.

The MBA in Financial Planning provides the technical and business administration skills needed to pursue a leadership position or start and sustain your own practice. The new MS in Financial Planning refines your specialized financial planning acumen and client-relationship skills for advancement in the financial planning profession.


Internship Program

The MBA in Financial Planning at California Lutheran University (CLU) is setting up an Internship Program for career changers in our area. While CLU can give them the technical skills to be good planners and pass the CFP, only you can help them learn those practical skills that they will need to be great planners.

The Internship Program will be run through the FPA Ventura County and will be administered by Mark Edwards, MBA.
