Legislation

The  U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) new fiduciary rule is going to require that advisors make changes to their practice in order to comply with the new rule when advising clients on retirement accounts.

Financial advisors will need to educate themselves on the new rule in order to make the correct changes. Time is of the essence.

The following is a short listing of resources that will help you understand how the changes will affect you and your practice.
